Eat, Play, Love
Eat, Play & Love, An Evening of Connection, Sensuality and Food Medicine
This unforgettable evening was a deep exploration of connection and sexual energy through food, as understood and celebrated within Chinese Medicine.
Co facilitated by Sexuality and Relationship Coach Beth Wallace and Joanne Faulkner of Shiatsu and Conscious Cooking, the gathering wove together conscious connection, playful exploration, and nourishing food medicine. Together, Beth and Joanne guided participants through delicious recipe demonstrations alongside gentle, fun, and insightful connection exercises, creating a space to truly Eat, Play and Love.
Through the lens of Chinese Medicine, we explored how food influences desire, vitality, and connection, and how certain ingredients can awaken sensuality, pleasure, and aliveness. Participants were invited to reflect on and experience their relationship with food, playfulness, and sensual energy in a safe, inclusive, and alcohol free environment.
The evening included the preparation and tasting of beautifully stimulating vegan recipes rooted in Chinese Medicine principles, including
Liquid Viagra Shots
Simple Seaweed Salad
Black Sesame Sweet Grapes
Raw Chocolate Seed Bombs
Vanilla Dusting Powder
Each recipe was designed to support real sexual health, vitality, and embodied pleasure.
This shared experience offered space to
Meet and connect with new people
Learn how food influences sexual wellbeing and vitality in Chinese Medicine
Discover how to prepare delicious, healthful, and stimulating foods
Enjoy a gentle journey of self discovery
Explore sensual connection with others, always through choice and consent
Learn how food can deepen intimacy with yourself and with others
Experience how nourishment can erotically charge both body and connection
Whether people came alone, with a friend, partner, or lover, the evening was filled with warmth, laughter, curiosity, and genuine connection. It was a celebration of the human body, human energy, and the joy of sharing space together.
The event was fully clothed, consent led, and open to all adults over 18, welcoming all genders, sexual orientations, nationalities, spiritual paths, and relationship styles. It stood as a reminder that pleasure, nourishment, and connection are for everyone.
A truly unique and heart opening evening, one that continues to ripple outward through the people who shared it.
