We will use a combination of practical, interactive exercises that build mental fitness and reduce stress. In this workshop, you will learn how to regulate your own stress levels by:
• Understanding how your mind works; controlling thoughts and recognising thought patterns;
• Learning how to manage, monitor, and self-regulate stress levels;
• Using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques to control stress and anxiety.
