Finding connection and dealing with loss

How do we maintain a meaningful connection with each other in this time of separation? How do we remain aware of the virus, learn from its challenges, whilst remaining upbeat and positive?

For the greater part of the past year, we have been isolating, separating and giving each other a lot of space, only connecting whilst walking or virtually on zoom unless we are key workers. There are people we haven’t seen for many months and we may be dealing with loss and grief after the death of relatives and friends.
