WHAT IS The CHI FLOW Intermittent Fasting Digestive Rest Programme?

The Intermittent Fasting Digestive Rest Programme is a gentle six week reset that follows the Chinese Medicine Organ Clock so your body can digest, detoxify and restore itself at the times it is naturally designed to do so. By limiting food intake to specific windows, you give the Stomach and Spleen time to strengthen, allow the Liver to cleanse smoothly overnight and protect your Kidney energy from exhaustion. This is why following the Chi Flow schedule matters, it works with your biology instead of against it.

Each week the fasting window expands slowly, helping you stabilise blood sugar, reduce cravings, support hormone balance and feel lighter and clearer without strain or willpower. When you follow the rules rooted in TCM timing and nourishment, your whole system begins to flow again. We are LIVE online every weekday morning as a community to support each other to feel well and live a life full of connection and joy.
