Do you want to feel well?  Do you want more energy and less pain?

Calm your mind and find your connection to inner peace, strength and joy?

Try Chi Gong with it’s gentle yet powerful movements that help move blood and oxygen around the body, nourishing the organs and tissues promoting healing. In addition, due to the connection of the mind to the breath and physical movements, Chi gong helps to calm the mind, relieving emotional stress, and mental anxiety.

Traditional Chinese Medicine is based on the theory that energy (chi) cannot be created or destroyed it merely transforms. Energy is the vital, vibrating, moving force of nature that directly influences the quality of our health, happiness and aging process. When our Chi is flowing, we feel healthy, when it is blocked we feel pain. When Chi becomes weak, we feel tired, when there is no Chi left, the body dies.

Chi Flow with Jo is focused on energy cultivation, health and happiness.

The heart of my practice is helping you to refine your sensitivity to the abundance of Chi all around and within you, so whether a beginner or a practitioner wanting to deepen your practice, you can develop an understanding, acceptance and love for yourself.
