THINGS TO BEGIN THE CHI FLOW
Chi can be translated as Life Force Energy.
Energy can come from many sources, externally and internally. In the Chi Flow with Jo practice we cover and exercise all the various forms of generating and maintaining energy in the human body. Energy is all around us in the form of negative ions (electrical energy) that enter the body through breath. Unlike Oxygen and Carbon Dioxide these negative ions are absorbed into the body through nasal receptors not in the lungs.
The fascia is the connective tissue that holds the body together that when coiled and uncoiled generates an electrical charge which can actually be measured by scientific instruments. This is another way of creating Chi within the body. Through the Chi Flow with Jo practice we learn to move the energy through the meridians to nourish the organs, joints and all living cells in the human body.
