- Accupoints for flow and detox on the feet
Saturday
9.00 Light Juicy Breakfast
- Porridge served with optional seeds and raisins. Oats are a warming tonic for the Qi. They strengthen the Spleen and benefit the nervous system and the bones

- A variety of Freshly Juiced Fruits
- Stewed Fruits with Fennel and Ginger
10.00 Morning meditation and Yoga with Uta
12.30 Main Meal
- Dhal Bhat – Traditional Nepalese Lentil Dish served with Basmati Rice and Spicy Mixed Greens
- Saffron and Ginger Poached Pears served with low fat Greek Yogurt and Honey
1.00 Free time for walks in the grounds or a swim at the beach
4.00 Conscious Cooking Class with Jo
